17 x 14.5 inches original pastel art of Monet's famous gardens with mat and silver framed. Includes a Certificate of Authenticity,
On my first trip to Paris I traveled with a group of artists to Giverny in northern France.
Monet’s Garden was closed to the public but open to artists on days the grounds were maintained.
I struggled during my visit with painting the flowers in the garden. It didn’t help when I recalled my mother’s disparaging remarks about my bad luck growing plants.
However, with encouragement from my sister I began to put aside my inhibitions.
Historic
